Hand-dyed silk throwsters waste in 5g packs. Silk throwsters waste is a great addition to many types of project as a bit of texture. It adds a splash of shine and colour to many spinning, felting and embellishing projects.
Each batch is hand-dyed and there may be some variation in shade through each pack.
Each pack contains approximately 5g of throwsters waste. We try to keep each pack within +/- 10% of 5g but the fibres are very flyaway and difficult to handle, so there may be a little more or less than 5g in each pack. 
The dye is fixed with citric acid and is light-fast. Some excess dye may leach on first washing.
